Ciocca Automotive is hiring a courteous and energetic call center professional to join our growing team in Muncy, PA. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide timely information about our services.

We offer hourly+bonuses, full-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays, generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health plans. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
