You will manage inbound service appointment calls, make outbound appointment calls, review vehicle history for recalls, and advise customers on recommended services while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.

• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage inbound service appointment phone calls
• Make outbound appointment calls with dealer provided prospecting list
• Check vehicle service history and look for open recalls
• Advise customers of recommended services
• Establish relationships with customers

• Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not required
