Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in New Jersey is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing, customer-focused team. You’ll answer inquiries, set sales or service appointments, and guide customers to the right dealership resources.

This full-time role includes PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive health benefits, on-the-job training, and employee discounts on service and purchases.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
