Ridgeback Basement Systems Ltd. seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Appointment Centre. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, booking sales and maintenance appointments, data entry, and general admin support, with training opportunities in Connecticut.

The position is full-time, with a wage starting at $23 per hour. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
• Valid passport required for potential training and seminars in Connecticut.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls as required in a timely manner.
• Book sales appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Organized Sales Inspections geographically for easy travelling.
• Schedule annual maintenance appointments and service calls.
• Trouble shoot incoming service calls. ( training provided)
• Process customer payments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in the company system.
• Assist with filing and organizing company documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Participate in company training and seminars in Connecticut, as required.
