You will communicate with customers via live chat, text, and email, transcribe voicemails, and help with calendar logistics in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers $18/hour with a monthly bonus averaging $500–$600, plus health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, multiple displays and typing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, target driven environment; Must be able to multi-task.
• Professional demeanor and will to succeed.
