Job summary

Helitech is seeking an upbeat, personable, self-starting team member to support our Appointment Center. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a strong work ethic, and demonstrate punctuality, communication, and attention to detail.

In this role you will communicate with customers via live chat, text, and email; transcribe voicemails; manage calendars and logistics; and assist with other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, multiple displays and typing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, target driven environment; Must be able to multi-task.
• Professional demeanor and will to succeed.
