Job summary

Enterprise Risk Associates in the New York area seeks a senior leader to own Applied Epic (Applied Systems) end-to-end across a growing P&C insurance platform with multiple locations and an expanding acquisition pipeline. The role requires building standards, driving adoption, and aligning workflows with corporate objectives.

You will define how Applied Epic is structured, manage data standards, and lead training and governance to support rapid growth and future acquisitions across the network.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with Applied Epic in a P&C agency or brokerage environment.
• Experience leading Applied Epic implementations, migrations, integrations, conversions, or large-scale optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of agency operations, including commercial and personal lines workflows.
• Proven success driving user adoption, training, and organizational change.
• Strong project management and operational leadership skills.
• Experience supporting growth through acquisitions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize Applied Epic workflows across all locations, including new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims, and account servicing
• Refine and optimize existing Applied Epic workflows and operational standards
• Lead onboarding and integration of acquired agencies into Applied Epic, including workflow alignment, data conversion, user setup, training, and adoption
• Establish data standards, naming conventions, documentation requirements, and best practices across the organization
• Serve as the organization's Applied Epic subject matter expert and strategic owner
• Develop and deliver ongoing Applied Epic training programs to drive adoption, consistency, and operational excellence
• Establish governance around system usage, data quality, and process compliance
• Partner with branch leadership to identify process improvements and drive operational consistency
• Improve reporting, data quality, and visibility across locations
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and training documentation
• Evaluate and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Help build the operational infrastructure required to support continued growth and future acquisitions
• Build and lead a team as the platform expands
