Job summary

Urrly in Florida is seeking an Insurance Agency Operations & Systems Manager to own Applied Epic, core systems, and cross-office processes. You will drive post-acquisition integration, standardize workflows, mentor non-technical teams, and build scalable infrastructure in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with agency leaders to improve data quality, reporting, and automation, delivering measurable efficiency across the platform and helping scale growth through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience improving insurance agency operations, workflows, processes, or systems.
• Strong Applied Epic experience as practical power user, administrator, or systems owner.
• Understanding how agency management systems support producers, service, reporting, and leadership visibility.
• Track record deploying new tools, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices.
• Comfort coaching non-technical users through system adoption with clarity and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Applied Epic setup, deployment, and ongoing improvements across the platform.
• Roll out new Epic features and system enhancements to agency teams.
• Manage deployment, integration, and administration of key systems and tools.
• Collaborate with partners to support configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Coach teams on technology usage, reporting, and workflows for maximum impact.
• Build an AI/automation toolkit to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
