Job summary

Gregory & Appel is seeking an Applied Epic Manager to lead the enterprise Epic platform, including governance, configuration, and ongoing optimization. You will partner with Operations, Accounting, Revenue, Marketing, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions and standardized processes for firm operations and client service.

The role focuses on data quality, reporting, automation, and adoption of new functionality, balancing deep system expertise with an enterprise mindset to protect data

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise business systems and governance.
• Experience with complex, enterprise-wide platforms and integration.
• Strong data governance, data quality, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions.
• Proven project management, testing, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Applied Epic roadmap, enhancements, automation, and performance.
• Establish governance standards for configuration, workflows, data, and security.
• Administer Epic configuration, including templates, dashboards, and permissions.
• Lead change-control processes for system changes and integrations.
• Translate requests into scalable Epic solutions while avoiding unnecessary customization.
• Align Epic workflows with operating model and drive standardization and automation.
• Oversee data governance, data definitions, ownership, and quality audits.
• Ensure reliable reporting, analytics, and integration with other platforms.
• Own Epic releases, testing, rollout planning, and adoption tracking.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause resolution for Epic issues.
• Develop training materials and coordinate role-based training for new features.
• Create and improve Epic reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance.
