This working leadership role sets priorities across support, configuration, reporting, and project demand, ensuring commitments align with team capacity and business needs. The role partners with operations, service, and integration leadership to transform business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead four teams covering Epic support, ancillary Epic products, Epic reporting, and Epic configuration.
• Own day-to-day support and administration of Applied Epic and its ancillary products.
• Oversee Epic configuration changes, releases, upgrades, and related changes; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Analyze recurring issues, drive to root causes, and reduce repeat incidents.
• Build cross-coverage and knowledge sharing so no single person is a point of failure.
