Job summary

Gregory & Appel, Inc. seeks an Applied Epic Manager to lead enterprise Epic governance, configuration, and optimization across the firm.

This role partners with Operations, Accounting, Revenue, IT and leadership to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions that support client service, financial processes, and growth. The position requires hybrid work with onsite presence at least three days per week and must be within driving distance of our Indianapolis corporate office.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise business systems and data governance.
• Experience with agency management systems or ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong systems and process orientation with enterprise-wide impact.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Applied Epic roadmap and governance.
• Configure workflows, templates, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage change control, testing, and releases.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Lead training materials and adoption of Epic features.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Revenue, IT, and leadership.
• Provide advanced Epic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee integrations and data migrations related to Epic.
