Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA Therapy to children in center and home settings under the Clinical Supervisor. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior plans, collect data, and maintain accurate records to support clients and families.

This role requires flexibility with hours, potential evening/weekend shifts, and travel between therapy environments. We provide paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred in psychology or related field.
• Interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA; willingness to learn and grow as a technician.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults under supervision.
• Collect data on target behaviors and maintain session notes in an online platform.
• Travel to centers, homes and communities as needed for therapy delivery.
• Support treatment plan implementation across multiple domains and environments.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance professional knowledge.
