Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, working 1-1 with clients under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and training families on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities during sessions and stay engaged with children aged 2–15.
• Complete any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
