Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings, under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and adapt activities to client preferences while maintaining HIPAA compliance and safety standards.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel to client environments, with full-time and part-time opportunities and paid training included.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in psychology, communications, education or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn about ABA and grow as a Behavior Technician.
• Ability to maintain safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Implement treatment plans across domains: communication, social behavior, self-care and more.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance via data collection and notes.
