Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults ages 2-21 in center and home settings under supervision. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Evening, weekend overtime may be required; travel to client sites is possible. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with full-time/part-time opportunities, Monday–Friday schedules, comprehensive benefits, paid training, PTO and career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Interest in autism and ABA therapy; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple domains and environments; travel may be required.
• Assist with assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS) under supervision.
• Maintain daily center routines and data records; ensure billing.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team; participate in trainings.
