Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations. You will lead global governance, drive the AI adoption funnel, and partner with FDE and AI specialists to accelerate Private AI growth.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong analytics, and experience with enterprise data and cloud platforms. You will define metrics, structure executive storytelling, and align with partners like NVIDIA and VAST to maximize ARR.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams with FDE or Applied AI groups.
• Experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, or hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage AI Adoption Funnel and analyze stages from discovery to production.
• Prioritize accounts and build use-case frameworks for high ROI workloads.
• Define strategic metrics with Revenue Ops and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to grow ARR.
• Lead cross-functional teams and codify repeatable delivery processes.
• Perform business planning and executive storytelling for investments.
