Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, portfolio analysis, and revenue-aligned initiatives across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with field engineering and AI specialists to accelerate Private AI adoption and drive scalable, data-driven decision making.

This role emphasizes strategic analytics, executive storytelling, and collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to shape go-to-market plans and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to scope complex, ambiguous strategic challenges in enterprise GTM
• Ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights for strategic hypotheses
• Proven communication skills with C-suite and sales leadership
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid cloud, data lakehouses
• Experience with cloud subscription or consumption-based models, PLG is a plus
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global operating rhythms across regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
• Track customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production stages
• Develop analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and use cases
• Define and standardize KPIs for private AI adoption and ARR growth
• Analyze partnerships with AI infrastructure and ecosystem players
• Lead cross-functional teams to codify scalable delivery processes
• Support investment decisions with segment analyses and growth models
