Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, operating rhythms, and strategic metrics for Private AI growth. You will partner with FDEs, AI specialists, and sales leaders to drive data-driven decisions and scalable processes across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The role emphasizes high autonomy, cross-functional leadership, and executive storytelling to steer investments, headcount planning, and resource allocation in a fast-moving enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights for hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders through data-driven storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystem capabilities.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance and Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI org across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage AI Adoption Funnel across stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Structure frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI workloads.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue share models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to codify repeatable delivery patterns across stakeholders.
• Develop business plans, segment analyses, and strategic cases for investments.
