Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives that accelerate Private AI growth. You will partner with senior leadership, coordinate governance rhythms, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The role emphasizes analytics, executive storytelling, and collaboration with AI, data, and GTM teams to drive ARR expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business ops, or management consulting.
• Direct experience with technical sales support, FDE, or AI specialty teams.
• Domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics and hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscription or consumption-based models (PLG).

Responsibilities

• Lead global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI org across AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track AI adoption funnel and optimize customer progression through defined stages.
• Create analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and use cases.
• Define strategic metrics with Revenue Ops and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Assess ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to grow ARR.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and delivery patterns.
• Support executive storytelling and investment decisions with data-driven insights.
