Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives driving Private AI growth. You will act as the strategic and analytical backbone for field motions, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts, and establishing governance and rhythms for the AI organization.

You will partner with regional leadership to optimize customer journeys, define KPIs, and synthesize complex signals into actionable executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex, ambiguous strategic challenges and identify root causes within technical go-to-market organizations.
• Highly analytical with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights for strategic hypotheses in enterprise AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for AMER/EMEA/APAC, including MBR processes and executive synthesis.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel across Discovery to Production stages with regional leadership.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 strategic lists.
• Define, refine, and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption with Revenue Ops and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze go-to-market ecosystem partners and revenue share models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional processes for tracking allocations and scalable solution productization across teams.
