Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations. You will lead global governance, drive the AI adoption funnel, and define strategic metrics to accelerate Private AI growth.

You will synthesize complex signals for senior leadership and partner with regional leaders to optimize account priorities and go-to-market initiatives. You will work across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with senior stakeholders, including field engineers, specialists, and sales leaders, to shape the enterprise AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting technical sales or Applied AI specialist teams.
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, or hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscription or consumption-based models and PLG.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
• Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with data.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage AI adoption funnel and track progression through core stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks and prioritize target accounts.
• Define and standardize metrics around private AI adoption and ARR.
• Analyze partnerships and co-deployment strategies with AI ecosystems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and scalable processes for delivery.
• Develop business plans and executive-level storytelling for investment decisions.
