Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations, to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will drive governance, prioritize strategic accounts, and synthesize analytics for senior leadership.

In this high-autonomy role, you will partner with global teams, define metrics, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners to expand ARR.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex strategic challenges and identify root causes.
• Analytical mindset using CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders with trusted storytelling.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud subscription/usage-driven or PLG models and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythms for Applied AI org across AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production stages.
• Build analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI workloads.
• Define KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue-sharing models to maximize ARR.
• Design scalable processes for tracking allocations and cross-functional delivery.
• Create growth models and strategic business cases for investment decisions.
