Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives, accelerating Private AI growth. You will act as the strategic backbone for field motions, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts, and establishing governance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize technical and commercial signals into actionable executive recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to tackle ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights to form strategic hypotheses.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI organization across regions.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem and commercial strategy with partners to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and codify scalable processes for global teams.
• Develop business plans, growth models, and executive-level materials for investments.
