Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer II focusing on Applied AI to help customers adopt and architect AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with technical sales, product management, and engineering to deliver Proofs of Concept and scalable architectures across Mountain View, Sunnyvale, New York, Seattle, and San Francisco locations.

You will translate customer requirements into compelling Google Cloud AI solutions, engage with executives, and present credible technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
2 years of experience with conversational AI technology.
Experience building or leveraging AI solutions or ML APIs and developing AI-based applications.
Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience with development methodologies and modernizing legacy applications.

Responsibilities

Help prospective customers understand the power of Google Cloud and design architectures.
Provide AI expertise to support technical relationships with customers and partner ecosystems.
Demonstrate business value of Google Cloud AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Recommend integration strategies and enterprise architectures for Google Cloud deployments.
Travel to customer sites and events as required.
