Qualifications

• 7+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering or related field.
• Deep experience with Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent, RAG, vector stores, hybrid retrieval.
• Experience with LLMs & tooling: OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic; GitHub Copilot; prompt engineering.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with PMs and Engineers.
• Proven track record managing multiple technical deployments under delivery pressure.
• Comfort leading technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.
• Automation-first mindset to move faster and scale impact.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into executable requirements for engineers and executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale: build the proof that wins the deal
• Partner with Account Executives to run discovery and map chart of accounts and gaps
• Lead the technical evaluation: architecture, security/compliance reviews, integration feasibility, and RFP responses
• Build the technical narrative and ROI case for CFOs and Controllers
• Flag data-readiness risk early to align scope and price
• Post-sale: architect and deploy customer-specific AI Agent configurations
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting: review Python, SQL, and diagnose config issues
• Escalate and resolve integrations, data flows, and automation logic; review SQL validations
• Maintain SLAs and document issues with context
• Post-sale: own customer relationship and drive expansion
• Travel to customer sites up to 70% for pre-sale and deployment
• Shape product and playbook; voice of the customer; educate teams
