Qualifications

• 10+ years in hands-on, customer-embedded engineering with leadership scope.
• Deep experience with agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficient with REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to quantify ROI and communicate with CFOs/economic buyers.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Set technical standards for FDE engagements and ensure production-ready outputs.
• Be the escalation point for hardest architectural problems in the field.
• Travel up to 30–40% to unblock deals and deployments.
• Own ROI framework and coach others to defend it with customers.
• Provide structured feedback loop to Product Engineering for roadmap input.
• Develop reusable playbooks and assets to speed future engagements.
