Job summary

HighRadius is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our Autonomous AI platform with the world’s largest enterprise finance departments. You will be deployed to solve financial challenges using autonomous AI agents and own the end-to-end lifecycle from data analysis to configuring algorithms.

This role emphasizes outcome-driven design, KPI engineering, and hands-on platform configuration to deliver measurable financial value across O2C, ERP integrations, and value delivery as you travel

Qualifications

• Minimum European language proficiency of B1 level or higher in addition to English.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field, class of 2025/2026.

Responsibilities

• Run Customer Engagements: As a Forward Deployed Engineer, bridge between AI platform and large enterprise finance departments.
• Deploy Agents: own end-to-end lifecycle from analyzing client datasets to configuring proprietary algorithms.
• Drive to Outcomes: focus on measurable results and ROI for client, HighRadius, and personal growth.
