Anthropic is seeking a leader to manage Applied AI Engineers for Mega accounts in a hybrid role based in Seattle. You will guide technical architecture, coaching, and deployment of Claude across major customers.

Your team will partner with product, sales, and research to translate ambitious AI plans into scalable, reliable implementations. You will hire and grow engineers, define standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration while advancing safe and beneficial AI systems with strong

Qualificações

• 6+ years in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager.
• 4+ years in leadership, managing multiple teams or managers.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and scale customer-facing technical teams.
• Experience with large strategic accounts at platform/model companies.
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompting, evaluation, and deployment at scale.
• Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, coach, and grow a team of Applied AI Engineers serving Mega accounts: hire strong builders and create scalable onboarding.
• Staff engineers into account-aligned pods and balance deep account continuity with flexibility.
• Set performance goals, establish metrics, and build dashboards to track impact.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to Mega product and engineering leaders on deployments.
• Lead hands-on co-builds from prototypes to production deployments for Mega accounts.
• Navigate partner-customer duality and guide Claude utilization across platforms.
• Act as technical escalation point and coordinate with sales and pod leads.
• Create shared assets across pods, including reference architectures and eval frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and Research to surface Mega-driven requirements.
• Champion scalable assets and thought leadership through talks and papers.
• Maintain current knowledge of LLM capabilities and best practices.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops, executive sessions, and relationship building.
