Qualifications

• We are looking for engineers who value correctness and reliability.
• Interest in frontier models, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails around AI systems.
• Ability to ship high-quality code quickly and take vague problems to a shipped solution.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new workflows that advance case processing in healthcare
• Design eval frameworks to assess agent outputs and integrate feedback into a knowledge base
• Improve data ingestion, indexing, and context assembly for agents
• Add tooling to user interfaces to expose more platform context and capabilities
• Iterate on features with user feedback and real-world usage
• Define patterns and tooling for AI-native development.
