Job summary

Aether Biomedical is seeking an AI‑Native Software Developer to design and build agentic workflows across software engineering and business use cases. You will work with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React and AI coding agents to orchestrate multi‑agent workflows and production‑grade solutions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate hands‑on AI tooling experience, strong CS fundamentals, API integration skills and a passion for evolving AI‑driven software development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Software Developer/Software Engineer.
• Proficient in at least one programming language; TS/JS preferred.
• Full‑stack experience and API/TDD fundamentals are essential.
• Hands‑on with AI coding tools, agents or LLM‑powered apps.
• Ability to learn and experiment with new AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows for software engineering and business use cases.
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow.
• Experiment with agent orchestration, prompting, context management, tool use and multi‑agent workflows.
• Build applications and services where LLMs and AI agents are first‑class components.
• Integrate APIs, tools and external services that agents can interact with.
• Continuously explore new AI‑native development patterns, models and frameworks.
• Work with developers, architects and AI specialists to turn ideas into production‑ready solutions.
