Signant Health is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Accelerated Development to build AI-powered, agentic features across our clinical trial platforms. You will design agents and agentic workflows, not just prompts, taking AI capabilities from backend integration through to a usable front-end — in a regulated, high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• Full-stack .NET development experience across backend and frontend.
• Hands-on agentic development — building AI agents/workflows, not just prompts.
• Proven integration of LLM APIs with proper authentication, streaming, and latency handling.
• Able to deliver AI features end-to-end from backend to production-ready frontend.
• Daily hands-on use of Claude Code as a development tool, reviewing diffs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows powering clinical trial platforms.
• Integrate LLM APIs into .NET apps with secure auth and efficient data handling.
• Deliver AI features end-to-end from backend integration to front-end.
• Build custom agents/tools with Claude Agent SDK and wire agent loops.
• Develop skills and slash commands for Claude Code to codify workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines and vector stores to ground outputs in trusted data.
• Instrument agents for evaluation and observability and ensure auditability.
• Use Claude Code daily to guide AI-generated diffs and maintain code quality.
