Job summary

XY.AI Labs in the United States is building an agentic task orchestrator and a Chrome extension that observes and replicates user actions across healthcare portals. You will configure front-end and backend integrations using Next.js and Postgres, working directly with US healthcare providers to streamline operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience with JS/TS and Python.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, SQL, and backend APIs (gRPC, tRPC, REST).
• Experience with workflows, state machines, or queue-based systems.
• Familiarity integrating LLM-based solutions into production apps.

• Design and ship ingestion pipelines that extract structured tasks from messy spreadsheets and PDFs.

About the Role

Agentic task orchestrator for agent logic and queue-based workflows

Chrome extension that observes and replicates user actions across healthcare portals

You'll be part of a strong technical team that works directly with US healthcare providers to streamline their operational workflows — including their existing tech stack, tools, and documents — and build agentic workflows that become actionable and intelligent teammates in the process.

AI-First Mindset

This is not an ML role — but you should be comfortable implementing applied LLM solutions. Think: building multi-step workflows powered by GPT, Claude, or open-source models; tool calling; vector DB lookups; and chaining actions in memory-safe, observable ways.
