Job summary

Indigo is building an agentic platform at the intersection of medicine and law, transforming high-stakes casework into structured, actionable context. You will work across the full stack—from agent architectures to data surfaces—that users interact with daily.

As a software engineer, you will ship workflows, design evals, and improve ingestion and indexing to provide the right context for agents. You’ll contribute to AI-native tooling and iterate with real users.

Qualifications

• We seek engineers who value correctness and reliability over just functionality.
• Excited about frontier models, with emphasis on evals and guardrails.
• Able to ship high-quality code quickly without a formal spec.

Responsibilities

• Building and shipping new workflows to automate steps in case processing.
• Designing eval frameworks to judge the reliability of agent outputs.
• Improving data ingestion, indexing, and assembly of case context for agents.
• Adding tooling to interfaces to bring platform context into daily workflows.
• Iterating on features with user feedback to improve agent performance.
• Setting patterns and tooling for AI-native development used by the team.
