Indigo is building an agentic platform at the intersection of medicine and law to transform high-stakes casework into structured, actionable context. We ship across the full stack, from agent architectures to the surfaces users interact with, focusing on reliability and thoughtful engineering.

As a software engineer, you will impact workflows, evals, and data flows, shaping the way physicians and operators interact with the platform and harness its capabilities.

Qualifications

• Engineer for correctness and reliability.
• Excited to work with frontier models and care about evals and guardrails.
• Able to ship high-quality code fast without a detailed spec.
• Own problems end-to-end from logic to user interface.
• Care about craft and useful design for users.
• Willing to work toward a long-term horizon with the team.

Responsabilités

• Building and shipping new workflows that advance case processing, guided by physician or ops input.
• Designing the eval framework to judge agent reliability and feeding feedback into the knowledge base.
• Improving data ingestion, indexing, and assembly of case context for agents.
• Adding tooling to user interfaces to expose more platform context and capabilities.
• Iterating features with user feedback to refine agent behavior.
