Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer to partner with Sales teams as a subject matter expert in AI/ML, differentiating Google Cloud for customers. You will help customers understand the power of Google Cloud, develop cloud solutions, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot technical questions, collaborating with product management to prioritize solutions.

You will engage with customers, present practical solutions, and work with internal engineers to improve products and multiply

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
Share AI/ML expertise to support technical relationships with customers.
Demonstrate and prototype integrations with Google Cloud products in customer environments.
Recommend enterprise architectures and platforms for complete Google Cloud solutions.
Travel to customer sites and events as required as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
