Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Customer Engineer III to partner with sales teams as a subject matter expert in AI/ML. You will differentiate Google Cloud, develop cloud architectures, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot technical questions with customers and partners.

You will collaborate with product management to prioritize solutions, present to C-level and technical stakeholders, and travel to customer sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and resolve technical blockers.
• Share in-depth AI/ML expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including bid responses and product briefings.
• Work directly with Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and app infrastructure for Google Cloud implementations.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required, advocating for Google Cloud.
