Job summary

You will oversee a 10–20 engineer team, balancing individual contributors with strong leadership and governance.

The role requires DoD-focused CI/CD expertise, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud/on-prem hybrid deployments. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• US citizen
• US government security clearance at Secret level or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics
• Minimum five years of post-graduate professional experience
• Experience leading 10–20 engineers and supervising teams
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead application architecture, integration, development and deployment initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate a technical team embedded at a US government partner site.
• Collaborate with project management for requirements prioritization and reporting.
