Job summary

Cipher Tech Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Task Lead with Top Secret clearance to guide cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and enterprise engineering initiatives at a government site in Baltimore, MD. The role blends hands-on leadership and strategic oversight for a 10–20 person team.

Required are TS/SCI eligibility, a STEM degree, and 5+ years of post-graduate experience including CI/CD, cloud envs (AWS/Azure), and containerization. Telework is not available; relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI security clearance with US citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/CE/EE/IT/Math/Physics).
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• At least 1 year in the last 3 years leading and supervising teams.
• Experience building and securing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud networks.
• Experience leading CI/CD pipelines with containerization and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture, engineering, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• supervise a 10–20 engineer team embedded with a US Government partner site.
• Collaborate with PMs for requirements prioritization and reporting.
