Job summary

Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. in Linthicum, Maryland seeks a Cloud Engineer to develop, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure. The role collaborates with application and operations teams to architect solutions and write secure Infrastructure as Code for provisioning resources.

Requirements include US citizenship, a Secret level or higher security clearance, and a minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience. Relocation assistance is offered, remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Science, Math or Physics.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience related to cloud engineering and IaC.
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud solutions in AWS or Azure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and written communication skills for collaborative work.
