Job summary

Cipher Tech Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity Task Lead to guide a technical team embedded with a government partner. You will drive cybersecurity compliance, operations, patching, and deployment initiatives while coordinating with project management on requirements and reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, DoD-style security work, and ensuring compliance with regulatory regimes. Top Secret clearance is required and telework is not offered.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active TS clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• Minimum five years of post-graduate experience.
• Minimum one year leading and supervising teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern approaches (containers, micro-segmentation, IaC).
• Experience with CORAs and RMF for ATOs.
• Experience with cyber operations, vulnerability reports, and task orders.
• IAT IAM (e.g., CISSP) certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical cybersecurity team at a government partner site.
• Oversee compliance, operations, patching, and solution deployment initiatives.
• Coordinate requirements prioritization and reporting with project management.
