Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document application issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application/software issues, performing root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Manage and maintain user access to software.
• Act as a liaison between IT, business partners, and vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT staff on enhancements, changes, and training.
• Conduct application testing, support client testing, and summarize test data.
• Assist in developing and testing new software features.
• Create reports, dashboards, and workflows for software applications.
• Stay updated on application modifications and enhancements through release notes.
• Work closely with IT staff and service providers in a team environment.
• Drive improvements in application support processes.
• Manage support tickets through resolution.
• Be available for occasional night and weekend work.
