Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FX applications and global markets.

• Exposure to Cloud/DevOps and AI concepts is desirable.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve production issues under pressure.
• Good communication and collaboration across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for mission-critical FX trading system used by desks.
• Support FX trade lifecycle flows: pricing, matching, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Perform start-of-day checks and end-of-day handovers across regions.
• Escalate issues to tech and business teams within SLA guidelines.
• Contribute to release readiness, post-release checks, and DR testing.
• Maintain support documentation and coordinate with developers and vendors.
