Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking an IT Business Senior Analyst - AVP for a hybrid, full-time role. You’ll lead product management activities, analyze data to optimize the platform, and partner with engineering to translate pain points into prioritized requirements.

The role requires 5-8 years in banking tech, SDLC knowledge, experience with end users, and familiarity with Confluence and Jira. You’ll operate in a global matrix and contribute to the platform roadmap while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in product management or banking tech.
Work experience in the banking industry for at least 5 years.
Understanding the software development processes (SDLC).
Experience working with end users or business users.
Experience with Confluence, Jira and writing stories.
Experience with Java, Microservices or Mainframe is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build new products and services using data to optimize the platform.
Collaborate with engineering to turn pain points into prioritized requirements and use usability studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand needs.
Understand how a global matrixed organization operates and thrives in this environment.
Innovate and seek out new solutions.
Contribute to the platform product portfolio and roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering to make trade-off decisions on features, monitor development, and track performance.
