Primoris Services Corporation seeks an experienced Specialist II, Application Support to join our Information Technology team. You will provide advanced support for our core ERP platform and related systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable business-critical applications across the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience supporting enterprise business applications in an IT environment.
Experience supporting ERP systems, including Vista Viewpoint, pVault, or similar enterprise applications.
Experience managing and supporting applications within a Citrix environment.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for business applications including Vista Viewpoint, pVault, and related systems.
Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and user issues promptly.
Manage help desk tickets, prioritize requests, and meet service levels and response times.
