Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Specialist II, Application Support to join our Information Technology team in the United States. The role provides advanced support for our core ERP platform and related systems, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring reliability of business-critical applications across the organization.

As a subject matter expert, you will support Vista Viewpoint, pVault, and other systems, work with business users and technical teams, manage tickets,

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience supporting enterprise business applications in an IT environment.
• Strong experience supporting ERP systems, including Vista Viewpoint, pVault, or similar enterprise applications.
• Experience managing and supporting applications within a Citrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for business applications including Vista Viewpoint and pVault.
• Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and user issues promptly.
• Manage help desk tickets, prioritize requests, and adhere to service levels and response times.
