Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to manage and resolve issues across the business. This is a fully remote role, with preference for candidates near our California or Texas offices and who can work Pacific Time business hours.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT experience, familiarity with Vista Viewpoint and PVault, and strong Citrix support capabilities, plus solid reporting, documentation, and audit support skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.
• Experience supporting PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets with quick resolution.
• Set up new users, user maintenance, and terminations.
• Assist with systems integrations/conversions.
• Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.
• Assist with auditor requests and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Job Overview: Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching search of an experienced Applications Support Specialist. The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. This position is fully remote; however, preference will be given to candidates located near our corporate offices in California or Texas. Candidates must reside in or be willing to work within Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault.
• Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution.
• Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.
• Assist with systems integrations/conversions.
• Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.
• Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Experience with SQL database queries.

Compensation range is $65 - 72K, dependent on experience.
