Job summary

Senske is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Applications group (lawn, tree, weed) in Idaho Falls. You will plan budgets, hire and train staff, supervise applications, ensure licenses, and drive safe, high-quality service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in landscaping.
• Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and train staff.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hire/train team for the department and ensure staffing for projected workload.
• Plan, supervise and monitor applications processes; manage budget and assets.
• Ensure staff licensing and certifications are current; promote staff development.
• Oversee payroll, field reporting, and adherence to safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Manage performance, conduct evaluations, and address personnel issues fairly.
