Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2- or 4-year degree in horticulture, business or related field preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager in landscaping 3–5 years.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing, interviewing, and hiring for the department.
• Develop and manage yearly department budget with branch manager.
• Ensure staff are trained, certified, and licensed; monitor compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate equipment and supply orders; maintain assets and records.
