The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and maintaining service quality. The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, prefer 2- or 4-year degree in horticulture, business or related field.
• Experience may substitute for education.
• 3–5 years of supervisor/manager experience in landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train the team; ensure staffing for workload.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor application processes; ensure licensing.
• Develop and manage department budget; monitor wages and capital.
• Respond to customer complaints and maintain contract specs.
• Order equipment and supplies; ensure safe, compliant operations.
