Senske in Idaho Falls is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Applications team, plan budgets, hire and train staff, and ensure licensing compliance. This on-site role focuses on lawn, tree, and weed applications with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining staff morale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in landscaping industry.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures; train staff.
• Ability to interact with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train team, ensuring staffing for projected workload.
• Plan, supervise and monitor applications processes and budgets.
• Develop department budgets and monitor wages, revenue %, and capital spending.
• Ensure staff licensing and ongoing training; conduct site inspections and provide training.
• Oversee payroll and ensure field reporting and records are accurate.
